Watching this whole CBS vs Time Warner drama has been quite interesting in seeing how these big companies position themselves in the fight. This isn’t the first time we’ve seen Content-Provider and Content-Delivery fight over fees and it won’t be the last.

However, what happens when it’s NBC vs Time Warner, Dish, Direct, etc? Now that NBC is part of the Comcast Family then it will be a whole new perspective on it. True, in most places traditional cable companies don’t overlap in territories. However, what happens when it’s an NBC (Comcast) vs Dish?

Comcast and DISH already been Content Delivery vs. Content Delivery competitors. And true, with Comcast having some of its own channels before the merger, they’ve already been in a Provider vs. Delivery arrangement. However, something like this would take on a whole new perspective.
